Termotecnica Industriale has signed the agreement for the acquisition of 100% of SIAT Italia S.r.L., a leader in the energy recovery sector in cogeneration with endothermic engines or small turbogas.

SIAT Boiler brings with it extensive experience in the optimization and management of energy flows, with particular attention to the environment.

Together, we will continue to provide customized solutions in the field of recovery generators for the production of steam, hot water, and superheated water to the main companies in the cogeneration industry.
