Burners

Burners

Liquid and gaseous streams, capacities up to 60 MW.

This milestone was crucial for the technological growth of our company. This means that the burner and our steam generators are no longer two separate entities but a single a unfield whole, allowing us to optimize our products to the highest degree. We are capable of burning gas or liquids of any kind, either together or separately, up to 60MW.

SBT1

Hybrid solution for reliability.

The SBT1 burner is a groundbreaking innovation in combustion technology, designed to meet the unique requirements of the petrochemical industry. This hybrid burner is built to handle both liquid and gaseous fuels, either independently or simultaneously, allowing for exceptional flexibility in fuel choice. Developed with a focus on stability, reliability, and operational efficiency, the SBT1 offers an ideal solution for who need a workhorse.

A key feature of the SBT1 burner is its ability to maintain robust stability without a central stabilizer. This unique design choice leaves space for the central injection of liquid fuel, optimizing fuel delivery and combustion efficiency. By eliminating the need for a stabilizer, the SBT1 not only simplifies the burner’s structure but also achieves impressive NOx emission performance, matching or surpassing the standards typically expected from low-NOx burners.

This combination of hybrid fuel capability, operational stability, and emission efficiency makes the SBT1 an advanced choice for companies aiming to reduce emissions without compromising on reliability. It sets a new benchmark in burner technology, particularly for petrochemical applications where both environmental compliance and operational resilience are essential.

SBT2

Ultra-Low NOx emissions through MILD combustion technology.

The SBT2 burner represents a significant advancement in combustion technology, specifically engineered for applications requiring ultra-low NOx emissions. Designed with external gas guns and a unique geometry, the SBT2 takes full advantage of the combustion chamber’s natural recirculation, achieving what is known as MILD (Moderate or Intense Low-oxygen Dilution) combustion. This innovative approach allows for remarkably low NOx levels, classifying the SBT2 as an ultra-low NOx burner—without relying on forced recirculation systems.

The SBT2 ’s design is ideal for burning one or more gaseous fuels, either simultaneously or in separately, while maintaining outstanding emission performance. The MILD combustion method used in the SBT2 allows for a controlled and uniform flame temperature, minimizing the formation of nitrogen oxides, which are a common byproduct of traditional high-temperature combustion. By lowering peak temperatures the SBT2 achieves ultra-low emissions naturally and efficiently with excess air near to zero.

This burner is especially suited for industries looking to reduce environmental impact while achieving high operational reliability and performance. With its advanced design and emission control capabilities, the SBT2 provides a future-ready solution for sustainable and efficient gas combustion.
