Our Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) are designed using in-house technology, developed and standardized through numerous successfully executed projects around the world with the most demanding clients.

Our references cover a very wide range of sizes, from HRSG behind small gas turbines from 1 MW up to the largest 290 MW units, firing gas or fuel oil.
We have a wide variety of designs that will be customized in order to meet your requirements:

  • Horizontal or vertical flue gas path arrangement.
  • Natural or assisted circulation.
  • One, two or three pressure levels with or without reheating and an internal deaerator.
  • Top supported heat exchange bundles.
  • Pressure parts in loose harps or modular section designs, with varying levels of prefabrication—from single harps to fully assembled workshop-built modules for on-site installation.
  • Cold or hot casing design.
  • Supplementary firing design with intertube burners, duct burners, air register burners.
  • Fresh air firing system design with flue gas recirculation for NOx reduction.
  • Adiabatic or membrane wall furnace.
  • Design for base load or cycling operation, with fast start-up capability.

Our HRSG can be provided with urea or ammonia based SCR system for NOx reduction.
